GED
Your Path to a GED, Built Around Your Life
We know every student starts at a different place. That’s why our GED program doesn't waste your time on things you already know. You'll take a placement test, get a personalized lesson plan, and only study the subjects you actually need to work on, all at your own pace, in person, with our support.

What You Do
1 Sign up using the form on this page.
2 Call the Connected Learning Center to schedule your 3-part assessment test.
3 Come in for your assessment (taken over one or multiple days—you choose).
4 We create your individualized lesson plan based on your results.
5 Attend the lab in person, work through your lessons at your own speed, and get re-affirming questions along the way to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Important: Your progress depends entirely on your attendance and how much time you put in. The more you come in, the faster you'll be ready for the official GED test.

What's on it?
Math
Writing / Language Arts (grammar focus)
Reading
How long does each part take?
About 1 hour per section. Can I break it up?
Yes! You can take each part on different days. If you're feeling stressed, we recommend taking a 30-minute break between sections. What should I expect?
This test is just to see where you're at. You cannot "fail" it—it simply helps us build a lesson plan that skips what you already know and focuses only on what you need to learn.

Our Recommendation for Success
To retain information and make real progress, we strongly recommend:
At least 3 hours per day, at least 3 days per week.
(If you're in a time crunch to get your GED, come in more often!)Students who only come once a week for an hour often struggle to finish their lessons or remember what they learned. Consistent attendance is the #1 key to earning your GED.
